Our story

About Simple Serve AI

We are dedicated to one thing: making AI deployment simple, safe, and accessible for every small business and startup.

Who we are

We make AI simple for the businesses that need it most

Most small businesses know they need AI but do not know where to start, which tools to trust, or how to deploy them without creating legal or operational risk.

Simple Serve AI Consulting is dedicated to one thing: taking the complexity out of AI deployment for small businesses. We choose the right tools for your specific situation, deploy them into your existing systems, and build the governance and policies around them so you are protected from day one.

Think of us as your AI team, without the cost of hiring one. Based in Alexandria, Virginia and serving businesses across the United States.

Work with us
No vendor bias. We evaluate the AI landscape and select tools that actually fit your business, your budget, and your workflow. Not whatever is trending. Our recommendations are based entirely on what works best for you.
We handle the technical implementation so your team does not have to. From integration to testing to training your staff, we stay until everything works the way it should. Not just installed. Actually working.
Every AI deployment comes with the policies, oversight structures, and compliance documentation your business needs. AI usage rules, data handling policies, vendor guidelines, and employee training materials built for your specific situation.
No jargon, no complexity, no enterprise overhead. If you cannot explain what we built to your team in plain English, we have not done our job. Simplicity is not a feature. It is the entire point.
Beyond governance, we help clients identify insurance-readiness questions and organize the documentation they can bring to an appropriately licensed insurance professional. The Trust Score can organize governance information, but it does not determine coverage, eligibility, pricing, or claims outcomes.

Our Story

Why Simple Serve AI exists

Simple Serve AI Consulting grew from a simple question:

How does a business take advantage of AI without losing control of its data, decisions, and accountability?

The idea began with an immigrant's journey into technology, followed by years of work across data, analytics, operations, and automation. As AI became more powerful and more accessible, the need for practical governance became impossible to ignore.

That question became Simple Serve AI Consulting.

The SSAI AI Trust Score is a 300–850 assessment designed to help businesses understand how AI is being used, where governance and risk gaps exist, and which controls to strengthen first.

Our aim is simple: make responsible AI adoption practical for the businesses adopting AI fastest and governing it least.

What sets us apart

Why clients choose Simple Serve AI

Built exclusively for small businesses
Enterprise firms price out SMBs entirely. We are built from the ground up for businesses in the $500K to $50M revenue range. Our pricing, our process, and our approach are designed for the way small businesses actually operate.
We do the work, not just the advice
Most consultants give you a report and leave. We implement, integrate, train your team, and stay until it works. You hire us to get AI running in your business, not to read about it.
Vendor neutral, always
We have no vendor partnerships, no software commissions, and no incentive to recommend any specific tool. We recommend what works best for you, full stop.
Governance and insurance readiness in one place
We combine practical AI deployment support with insurance-readiness guidance. When a coverage question requires licensed advice, we can help organize your information and connect you with an appropriately licensed professional.
The SSAI Trust Score
Our structured 300 to 850 AI risk rating gives you a measurable picture of your AI governance maturity and a clear roadmap for improvement. It is an internal assessment tool, not a certification or guarantee of insurance terms.

AI Trust Score methodology

How the SSAI AI Trust Score works

The score turns a business's AI use, exposure, controls, and remaining risk into a structured 300–850 readiness indicator. It is designed to show what is working, where gaps remain, and which controls should be strengthened next.

1. AI Use

Identify which AI tools and use cases exist, who uses them, what data is involved, and which systems they connect to.

2. AI Exposure

Evaluate business criticality, data sensitivity, autonomy, people affected, regulated impact, and vendor dependency.

3. Control Maturity

Review governance, data protection, human oversight, vendor management, transparency, incident response, and training.

4. Residual Risk

Consider the risk that remains after current controls are taken into account.

5. 300–850 AI Trust Score

Translate the assessment into a consistent score and priority areas for improvement.

Two assessment paths

Free AI Assessment is self-reported and preliminary. The Enterprise Assessment is requested and can combine public research, authorized internal evidence, and management confirmation.

The SSAI AI Trust Score is an independent governance and risk-readiness indicator. It is not an insurance underwriting decision, certification, legal opinion, or guarantee of coverage, pricing, or claims outcomes.

Our mission

To make AI deployment simple, safe, and accessible for every small business and startup so the businesses that need AI the most can adopt it with confidence, without complexity, and without risk.
